In this role, you will be the first point of contact for end-users experiencing technical issues, providing immediate on-site support to resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems efficiently.
Your daily responsibilities will include diagnosing and fixing issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices; assisting with software updates and configurations; and escalating complex problems to higher-level support teams when necessary.
