Platform Role and Limitations:

• • We facilitate connections but do not guarantee employment
• • Employment agreements are between users and employers
• • We are not responsible for employment disputes
• • We may assist with mediation in certain cases
• • Platform fees are separate from employment compensation
• • We do not conduct background checks; employers or third-party providers may do so at their discretion

Certification Overview:

• • Skivyy certifications assess knowledge and practical skills in specific domains offered on the Platform
• • Certifications are designed to provide employers with signal-rich indicators of a candidate's capabilities
• • Certifications are valid for six (6) months from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated on the certification page
• • After expiry, a certification is considered stale and should not be relied upon by employers without recertification

Eligibility, Identity, and Test Environment:

• • You represent and warrant that you will take the test yourself without substitution or assistance
• • You agree to identity verification measures, which may include government ID checks and biometric or liveness verification when enabled
• • You must use an appropriate test environment free of unauthorized materials and devices
• • Any attempt to falsify identity or delegate the test to another person is strictly prohibited

Test Integrity and Academic Honesty:

• • No collaboration with other test-takers
• • No use of unauthorized materials or resources
• • No sharing, copying, recording, or distribution of test questions or answers
• • No use of automated tools, bots, or generative AI unless expressly permitted
• • Violations may result in immediate test failure, revocation of certification, and account suspension or termination

Retakes, Waiting Periods, and Fees:

• • If you fail a certification, you may retake after a cooling-off period indicated at the time of testing
• • Retakes may require additional fees and can be limited in frequency to preserve test integrity
• • Skivyy may update test content at any time; retakes may differ from prior attempts

Proctoring, Monitoring, and Data Use:

• • Tests may be proctored and monitored using video, audio, screen capture, or metadata analysis
• • Proctoring data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and retained only as necessary for integrity and compliance
• • You consent to such monitoring and processing when you attempt a certification that indicates proctoring

Revocation, Suspension, and Appeals:

• • Certifications may be suspended or revoked for integrity violations or misconduct
• • We may notify employers who relied on a certification that has been revoked
• • You may appeal revocation decisions within 14 days by contacting [email protected] with supporting evidence

Employer Use and Interpretation:

• • Employers are solely responsible for interpreting certification results and determining job fit
• • Certifications are indicators, not guarantees, of on-the-job performance
• • Employers may require additional interviews, assessments, or background checks

Accessibility and Accommodations:

• • Skivyy provides reasonable testing accommodations as required by applicable law
• • Requests should be submitted in advance with sufficient documentation
• • Approved accommodations will be implemented in a manner that preserves test integrity

No Guarantee of Employment or Outcomes:

• • Earning a certification does not guarantee a job, contract, project award, or interview
• • All hiring and contracting decisions are at the sole discretion of employers
• • Certifications do not create any employment relationship with Skivyy

Subscription Plans and Billing:

• • Monthly and annual billing options available
• • Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• • Price changes with 30-day notice
• • Billing cycles begin on subscription start date
• • Failed payments may result in service suspension

Premium Features and Access:

• • Enhanced profile visibility and priority placement

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
