• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunications business development or partnership management
• Proven track record in negotiating and closing deals with telecom providers and stakeholders
• Strong understanding of the Mexican telecom market, regulations, and emerging technologies like 5G and IoT
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
