• Proficiency in industry-standard 3D animation software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, or Cinema 4D
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in character animation, rigging, and rendering
• At least 3 years of professional experience in 3D animation or related field
• Knowledge of texturing, lighting, and compositing techniques
• Excellent understanding of animation principles including timing, exaggeration, and squash and stretch
• Ability to collaborate with teams of artists, designers, and developers
• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Computer Graphics, or a related discipline preferred
