• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in vehicle platform development, with a focus on experimental or prototype projects
• Proven leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams in high-tech R&D environments
• Strong knowledge of aerospace systems, materials, and propulsion technologies
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Stage-Gate)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience with simulation software and CAD tools (e.g., CATIA, MATLAB)
• Fluency in English; French is a plus
