• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing operations
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and process optimization tools
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis software such as Excel, Minitab, or similar
• Knowledge of production planning, inventory management, and ERP systems
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Fluency in Portuguese; English proficiency is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
