• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a similar role
• Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and ERP systems such as SAP
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of German GAAP or IFRS is a plus
• Fluency in English; German language skills preferred
