• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in applications engineering, particularly with wet seals or fluid sealing systems
• Strong knowledge of mechanical seals, pump systems, and industrial applications in oil & gas, chemical processing, or manufacturing sectors
• Proficiency in CAD software and engineering analysis tools such as FEA
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus for regional operations
• Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites
