As an Armis Resident Engineer at Alchemy Global Networks, you will serve as the on-site expert for Armis cybersecurity solutions, ensuring seamless deployment, optimization, and ongoing support for IoT device security in client environments.
Alchemy Global Networks is seeking a dedicated Armis Resident Engineer to join our team and provide specialized support for our Armis-powered cybersecurity initiatives. In this critical role, you will act as the primary technical liaison for clients, overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Armis solutions to protect IoT and unmanaged devices from emerging threats.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting site assessments, customizing Armis deployments to meet specific client needs, monitoring system performance, and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime. You will collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and customer success teams to deliver proactive support, perform regular audits, and recommend enhancements that strengthen overall security postures.
