Key responsibilities include coordinating maintenance requests, managing lease agreements, handling tenant inquiries via phone and email, preparing financial reports, and assisting with budgeting and vendor contracts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement property improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with local regulations.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
• At least 2 years of experience in property management or administrative roles in real estate
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with fluency in Spanish and English
• Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi or AppFolio
• Knowledge of Mexican real estate laws and regulations
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with excellent time management
• Valid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicle for occasional site visits if needed
