• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product engineering, preferably with power distribution or switchgear systems
• Strong knowledge of ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) technologies and electrical standards (e.g., IEC, UL)
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and simulation tools
• Experience with product lifecycle management and quality assurance processes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate technical concepts effectively
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred
