• 2+ years of experience in customer analysis, market research, or VOC (Voice of Customer) roles, preferably in the automotive sector
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or customer experience platforms like Qualtrics or Medallia
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate customer insights into actionable recommendations
• Knowledge of automotive industry trends and customer expectations
• Fluency in English and German; additional languages are a plus
