• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience in backend development, preferably with Java, Spring Boot, or Node.js
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud services (e.g., AWS or Azure)
• Experience with version control systems like Git and agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus
• Must be based in Mexico and eligible to work remotely there
