Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain the microservices that power our checkout and payment processing systems. This is a critical, high-availability service that requires a strong focus on reliability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Node.js microservices.
• Integrate with various third-party payment gateways and financial services.
• Implement robust error handling, logging, and monitoring for all services.
• Write comprehensive tests to ensure the stability and security of the payment processing logic.
• Collaborate with frontend developers and other teams to ensure seamless integration.
• Participate in on-call rotation to respond to production issues.

This role is suitable for a developer with solid experience in building backend systems with Node.js. While no certification is required, you must be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of asynchronous programming, REST API design, and security best practices.

• 2-3 years of backend development experience with Node.js.
