• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting, preferably in finance or banking
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data querying and manipulation
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Experience with ETL processes and database management (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server)
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work with large datasets and generate actionable insights
• Spanish and English fluency required
