• 1-3 years of experience in IT project coordination or support roles, with exposure to Agile/Scrum frameworks

• Understanding of software development lifecycle and IT infrastructure concepts
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams
• Agile certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster) is a plus but not required
