Garver is seeking a skilled BIM/Revit Designer to join our dynamic team in Greenville, South Carolina. In this role, you will be responsible for developing detailed 3D models using Revit and other BIM applications to support engineering and architectural projects. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate representation of designs, clash detection, and coordination of building systems.
Key responsibilities include creating and managing BIM models from conceptual design through construction documentation, performing quantity takeoffs, and generating construction drawings. You will also assist in implementing BIM standards and workflows to optimize project delivery.
