As a BIM (Revit) Designer at Garver, you will play a crucial role in the development of Building Information Models for a variety of infrastructure and architectural projects. Your primary responsibilities will include creating and maintaining detailed Revit models, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless integration of design elements, and producing high-quality construction documents.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of professional experience with Autodesk Revit and BIM processes
• Proficiency in creating and managing 3D models, families, and sheets

• Familiarity with Navisworks or similar clash detection software
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with project teams
• Knowledge of industry standards such as AIA and CSI
