• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

• Strong knowledge of AV systems, streaming protocols (e.g., RTMP, HLS), and video production tools
• Experience with hardware like cameras, mixers, and encoders
• Familiarity with networking and IT infrastructure for video applications
