The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is seeking a skilled Business Analyst III to join our dynamic team. In this remote contract role, you will conduct in-depth analysis of business needs, identify inefficiencies in healthcare delivery and human services programs, and recommend solutions to enhance operational effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements, developing process flow diagrams, and supporting the implementation of technology solutions that align with state and federal guidelines.
You will analyze data from various sources to support decision-making, perform gap analyses on existing systems, and contribute to the creation of business cases for new initiatives.
