• At least 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in the finance or insurance sector
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and BI software (e.g., Tableau or Power BI)
• Strong understanding of business process modeling and requirements gathering techniques
• Excellent communication skills in English and German, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management principles
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP or similar) is a plus
