The First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) is seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to join our Medical Affairs and Wellness Office team. In this pivotal role, you will support the delivery of culturally safe health services to First Nations communities across British Columbia by analyzing business needs, optimizing processes, and informing strategic initiatives in medical affairs and wellness programs.

Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders, conducting data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in health service delivery, and developing reports and recommendations to enhance wellness outcomes. You will collaborate with clinical teams, program managers, and community partners to ensure initiatives align with FNHA's mission of self-determination in health.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, preferably within healthcare or public health sectors
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and BI software (e.g., Tableau or Power BI)
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, medical affairs processes, and wellness program development
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with Indigenous communities or cultural competency training is an asset
