The First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) is seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to join our Medical Affairs and Wellness Office team. In this pivotal role, you will support the delivery of culturally safe health services to First Nations communities across British Columbia by analyzing business needs, optimizing processes, and informing strategic initiatives in medical affairs and wellness programs.
Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders, conducting data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in health service delivery, and developing reports and recommendations to enhance wellness outcomes. You will collaborate with clinical teams, program managers, and community partners to ensure initiatives align with FNHA's mission of self-determination in health.
This position requires a blend of analytical expertise and cultural sensitivity, with opportunities to contribute to innovative projects that address the unique health challenges faced by Indigenous populations.
