• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years focused on PeopleSoft FSCM modules (Financials, Procurement, or Supply Chain)
• Proficiency in PeopleSoft implementation, configuration, and customization, including functional design and testing
• Strong understanding of business processes in finance, accounting, and supply chain management
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and creating user stories or functional specifications
