• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on ServiceNow implementations, particularly in the chemical or manufacturing sectors
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and custom applications for industry-specific needs
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, process modeling, and Agile methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
• French language proficiency (written and spoken) is required; English is a plus
• Experience in the Chimie (chemical) industry is highly desirable
