• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in data quality analysis, business analysis, or similar roles
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data querying and analysis
• Strong understanding of data governance, ETL processes, and data quality metrics
• Experience with healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) is a plus
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, business units, and stakeholders
