The Insurance Corporation of British Columbia (ICBC) is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our IT and Business Solutions team. In this pivotal role, you will analyze complex business processes, identify opportunities for automation and enhancement, and recommend scalable system solutions that align with ICBC's mission to provide safe and affordable insurance services across British Columbia.
You will work closely with business units, IT developers, and external vendors to elicit requirements, document specifications, and oversee the implementation of system upgrades and new integrations. As a senior member of the team, you will mentor junior analysts, lead workshops and stakeholder interviews, and contribute to strategic planning for digital transformation initiatives.
