• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced certifications like CBAP or PMI-PBA are highly desirable
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business systems analysis, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role within the insurance or financial services industry
• Proven expertise in requirements gathering, process modeling, and systems design using tools like UML, BPMN, or Visio
• Strong knowledge of insurance domain processes, including claims management, policy administration, and regulatory compliance
