We are looking for a certified Node.js specialist for a focused project on performance tuning and optimization of our backend services. You will be tasked with identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks, optimizing database queries, and reducing latency in our high-traffic APIs. This role requires a deep understanding of the Node.js event loop, memory management, and profiling tools. Your work will directly impact our application's speed and scalability.

This is a critical project aimed at enhancing the performance and efficiency of our core backend systems. As our Node.js Performance Tuning Specialist, you will be given the autonomy to investigate, diagnose, and fix performance issues across our microservices architecture. You will be our expert on all things performance-related for Node.js.

Your Core Mission:

• Profile our existing Node.js applications to identify CPU and memory bottlenecks.
• Use tools like Flame Graphs, Heap Dumps, and other profilers to analyze performance.
• Optimize slow database queries and improve database interaction patterns.
• Refactor code to make better use of asynchronous I/O and the event loop.
• Implement caching strategies to reduce response times.
• Benchmark and load test our APIs to validate performance improvements.
• Document your findings and provide recommendations for best practices to the rest of the team.
