We are looking for a certified React developer with a specialization in web accessibility. This project is focused on auditing and improving the accessibility of our web application to meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. You will be responsible for identifying and fixing accessibility issues, implementing ARIA attributes, and ensuring our application is usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. Your Mission:

• Conduct a comprehensive accessibility audit of our React application using both automated tools and manual testing (e.g., screen readers).
• Identify and document accessibility issues and create a plan for remediation.
• Refactor React components to be more accessible, including adding proper ARIA roles and attributes, and ensuring keyboard navigability.
• Work with our designers to ensure that new designs are accessible from the start.
• Implement a testing strategy, including automated accessibility checks in our CI/CD pipeline, to prevent regressions.
• Educate and train our development team on accessibility best practices.
