We are seeking a certified React developer with a knack for performance. This project is focused on analyzing and optimizing our large-scale React application. Your goals will be to reduce load times, improve rendering performance, and ensure a smooth user experience. Your Core Mission:

• Profile the application using tools like the React DevTools Profiler and Lighthouse to identify performance bottlenecks.
• Analyze component render times and identify unnecessary re-renders.
• Implement performance optimization techniques such as memoization (useMemo, useCallback), code splitting, and lazy loading.
• Optimize our data fetching and state management to be more efficient.
• Reduce the initial bundle size of our application.
• Establish performance budgets and monitoring to prevent future regressions.
• Work with the team to promote best practices for writing performant React code.
