• Bachelor's degree in education, business, or a related field, with experience in training and development.

• Proven experience in designing and facilitating training sessions, preferably in retail or cooperative environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse teams.
• Proficiency in French; English is a plus.
• Certification in quality assurance or digital training methodologies is advantageous.
