Your key responsibilities will include studying existing processes, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing innovative solutions to streamline operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and production staff, to implement methodological improvements and standardize procedures. • Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial methods, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in methods engineering or process optimization
• Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
• Proficiency in methods analysis tools and software (e.g., AutoCAD, ERP systems)
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in French; English is a plus
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
