• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation or eligibility
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering projects, particularly in infrastructure design and municipal engineering

• Strong knowledge of Canadian building codes and standards
