• Strong proficiency in Clojure and functional programming concepts
• Experience with JVM ecosystems, including Java interop
• Familiarity with data structures, concurrency primitives, and tools like Leiningen or deps.edn
• Knowledge of web development frameworks such as Ring or Luminus
• Previous experience building and deploying microservices or backend systems
• Solid understanding of databases, including SQL and NoSQL options
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
