In this role, you will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Microsoft 365 messaging environments, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, and related services. Your expertise will help ensure seamless email delivery, secure data transport, and optimal performance for our clients' communication needs.

Key responsibilities include implementing messaging policies, monitoring system health, integrating with other Microsoft services, and providing technical support to end-users.
