• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on CNO or offensive cyber operations
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, and Assembly
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and reverse engineering tools
• Experience with exploit development, vulnerability research, and embedded systems
• Active security clearance (TS/SCI preferred) or eligibility to obtain one
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team
