• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in COBOL programming and mainframe development
• Proficiency in IBM z/OS, JCL, CICS, and DB2
• Strong understanding of legacy system migration and modernization techniques
• Experience with debugging and performance tuning of mainframe applications
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git
