In this role, you will play a key part in designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs that align with our business objectives and attract top talent across our global operations.

Your responsibilities will include conducting market salary benchmarking, analyzing compensation data to ensure competitiveness, developing benefits packages tailored to local regulations and employee needs, and collaborating with HR and finance teams to budget effectively. You will also support employee queries on compensation matters, ensure compliance with Argentine labor laws, and contribute to the overall employee experience by fostering a fair and equitable rewards system.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits roles, preferably in a multinational company.
• Strong knowledge of local and international labor laws, particularly in Argentina.
• Proficiency in compensation analysis tools and HRIS systems such as Workday or SAP.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and benchmark salaries.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
• Certification in compensation management (e.g., CCP) is highly desirable.
