• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract analysis, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
• Strong knowledge of contract law, negotiation principles, and regulatory requirements such as GDPR and HIPAA
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software (e.g., DocuSign, ContractWorks)
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong attention to detail
• Fluency in English; Portuguese proficiency is a plus
