• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in Linux or cloud platforms are highly preferred
• 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, with a strong focus on Linux environments (Red Hat, Ubuntu, CentOS)
• Proficiency in automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Terraform for infrastructure as code
• Deep knowledge of monitoring and alerting systems like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Go for developing reliability tools
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and experience with incident management and post-mortem analysis
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative remote team environment
