• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in CRM analysis, preferably with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics 365
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong analytical skills with experience in customer segmentation and reporting
• Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy regulations
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Experience in fintech or SaaS environments is a plus
