• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, .NET Framework, and SQL Server
• Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules including Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Power Platform, and API integrations
• Familiarity with federal government compliance standards such as FISMA and NIST
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in agile environments
• U.S. citizenship required due to federal client work
