In this role, you will be the frontline technical expert, traveling to client locations to install, configure, maintain, and repair advanced communication systems, including two-way radios, video security solutions, and integrated command center technologies. You will collaborate closely with customers to diagnose issues, perform system optimizations, and implement upgrades to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting site surveys, executing preventive maintenance, and training end-users on system functionalities. You will also document all service activities, generate reports on findings, and escalate complex problems to engineering teams when necessary. This position requires a proactive approach, strong technical acumen, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure situations where quick resolutions are essential.
