ManTech is seeking an experienced Cyber Threat Hunt Lead to proactively identify and neutralize advanced cyber threats. This role involves leading a team in sophisticated threat hunting operations to safeguard critical infrastructure and data assets.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field; advanced certifications like CISSP or GIAC preferred
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years in threat hunting or incident response
• Proficiency in threat intelligence tools such as SIEM systems (e.g., Splunk, ELK Stack), EDR platforms (e.g., CrowdStrike, Carbon Black), and network analysis tools
• Strong knowledge of advanced persistent threats (APTs), malware analysis, and intrusion detection methodologies
• Leadership experience in managing cybersecurity teams and mentoring junior analysts
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance
