ACGF, the Afghan Credit Guarantee Foundation, is seeking a skilled Data and Process Automation Analyst for a 15-month temporary contract in Berlin. In this role, you will leverage data insights and automation tools to streamline operations, enhancing financial inclusion initiatives in Afghanistan.

ACGF - Afghan Credit Guarantee Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting financial inclusion and economic development in Afghanistan through credit guarantees and capacity building for financial institutions. We are currently looking for a Data and Process Automation Analyst to join our Berlin-based team on a 15-month temporary contract.

In this pivotal role, you will analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies and implement automation solutions that enhance our service delivery. Responsibilities include gathering and processing data from various sources, developing scripts and workflows to automate routine tasks, and creating dashboards for performance monitoring. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure automation initiatives align with organizational goals, particularly in supporting Afghan partner institutions.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, process optimization, or automation roles
• Proficiency in tools like SQL, Python, Excel, and automation platforms such as UiPath or Power Automate
• Strong understanding of financial processes and data security best practices
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
• Experience working with international NGOs or financial institutions is a plus
• Fluency in English; German knowledge is advantageous
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
