• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's preferred
• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on data products or analytics platforms
• Strong understanding of data technologies, including SQL, Python, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and big data tools like Hadoop or Spark
• Proven track record of launching data-driven products from ideation to deployment
• Excellent communication skills and experience working in agile methodologies
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English; additional languages a plus
• Ability to work remotely with distributed teams across time zones
