• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Proven experience in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling using Python, R, or similar tools
• Proficiency with data manipulation libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and SQL
• Experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with unstructured data
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus
• French language proficiency is preferred for collaboration with regional teams
