• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and big data tools like Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Experience with data warehousing, ETL processes, and machine learning pipelines
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to mentor junior team members
• Familiarity with financial data standards and regulations is a plus
