Morningstar is looking for a talented UI Developer with a passion for data visualization to join our team. You will be responsible for building interactive charts, graphs, and dashboards using React. This role involves transforming complex financial data into clear, insightful, and easy-to-understand visualizations. You will collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and backend engineers to create compelling user experiences for our financial analysis tools. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the frontend of our flagship investment analysis platform. You will leverage your expertise in React and data visualization libraries to build the next generation of financial tools for investors and advisors.

Your Mission:

• Design and implement reusable React components for data visualization.
• Work with libraries such as D3.js, Chart.js, or similar to create interactive and performant charts.
• Connect frontend components to backend APIs to fetch and display large datasets efficiently.
• Ensure that all visualizations are responsive and provide an excellent experience on various screen sizes.
• Collaborate with UX designers to iterate on designs and prototypes.
• Write robust, well-tested code using frameworks like Jest and React Testing Library.
• Optimize the performance of data-heavy user interfaces to ensure a smooth user experience.

• 1 years of experience developing web applications with React.
