• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in database administration, preferably with SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL

• Strong knowledge of data security protocols and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
• Experience with cloud-based databases (e.g., AWS RDS, Azure SQL)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Database Administrator Associate or Oracle Certified Professional preferred
