• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in database administration, preferably with SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL
• Proficiency in database design, optimization, and performance tuning
• Strong knowledge of data security best practices and backup/recovery procedures
• Experience with cloud databases (e.g., AWS RDS, Azure SQL) is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
